# Deleting a Project
1. To delete a project from the project list: \
\
a. Hover the project card.
b. Click on the **menu** button. \
c. Click on the **Delete** option. \
2\. If you are on the project home page:
a. Click on the **menu** icon.
b. Click on the **Delete project** button.
3\. All people added to the project that is being deleted will no longer see it in their project list.
4\. If the project has an **external repository**, this **will not be deleted**. On the other hand, BlackDiamond Studio repositories will no longer be available.
