# Editing a Project Member's Role

1. Only Admins can edit a project member role. To do so, open the project members list by clicking on the **Share** button on the project home page, or hover the project card in the project list and click on the **Share Project** option.

2\. Then, click on the **menu** icon next to the member you want to edit.

3\. Choose the new role and click on **Done** button to save it.

4\. You should get a confirmation alert and will also see the updated role next to the user information.
