Adds support for \[System.Web.UI.WebControls.RequiredFieldValidator] [<mark style="color:orange;">https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.web.ui.webcontrols.requiredfieldvalidator?view=netframework-4.8</mark>](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.web.ui.webcontrols.requiredfieldvalidator?view=netframework-4.8)

Validates value of control is different than property initial value (in most cases empty).
